Lucas has missed not being able to participate in week box try’s over the last couple of years so was keen to do the diy one. He has been running and cycling (no footage of cycling- but it is his fav part!)) around our suburb and practicing when he can. Also been honing his swimming skills ready for the the try’s are back in business!
