I’ve really liked competing in previous Weet-Bix TRYathlons and I see this DIY TRYathlon a great opportunity to challenge my fitness and see just how far I can push myself over the next four weeks!
DIY ‘Mini-TRY’ Weekly Achievements:
WK 1 Totals: Swim 11.5kms / Ride 72.2kms / Run 21.4km
WK 2 Totals: Swim 21.2kms / Ride 135.9kms / Run 22.6km
WK 3 Totals: Swim 14kms / Ride 126.4kms / Run 10.9km
WK 4 Totals (while away on holidays): Swim 4.2kms / Ride 60.8kms / Run 4.4km
I appreciated this DIY TRY opportunity as it motivated me to keep moving every morning (after my daily gf weetbix) during the school holidays and as a result my fitness has greatly improved!
